We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst who can thrive in a dynamic work setting. Based in New York, New York, this role is a short term contract opportunity in the IT industry. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our office, focusing on maintaining and improving our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure swift resolution of IT-related issues, prioritizing the closure of open tickets in a timely manner.

• Foster a client-first mentality, ensuring seamless communication with executives and other stakeholders.

• Manage the implementation and maintenance of our Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite environment.

• Handle user integration into Active Directory and assist in setting up new users.

• Utilize Concur for travel and expense management, providing support where necessary.

• Support the office remotely on Fridays and maintain regular communication with global teams.

Requirements • Proficiency in Active Directory, with the ability to manage user accounts, reset passwords, and troubleshoot related issues.

• Competence in using Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides, for efficient task management and team collaboration.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and its applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for document creation, data analysis, presentations, and email communications.

• Experience with Concur for managing travel and expense reports, with an ability to troubleshoot any arising issues.

• Familiarity with SAP for managing business operations and customer relations.

• Proficiency in using Salesforce Platform to manage customer relationships and track sales, with the ability to troubleshoot related issues. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
