Job Description
Insight Global Health is hiring remote Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist for a Telehealth organization.
Schedule: Mon-Friday 9-6pm CST, MST or PST hours.
Day to Day:
This is a sales focused role to enroll patients in chronic care management services. You will operate as an outbound call center rep calling warm leads/patient referrals to enroll them into our program. Patients are referred by their primary care doctors, but will need information and enrollment options about the healthcare tech services offered. Once enrolled, you'll also schedule
follow up telephone appointments with clinicians.
Compensation:
Hourly:$24-25/hr
Yearly: $70-80k (uncapped commission from day 1)

This telehealth organization specializes in health technology and provides remote patient monitoring to Medicare populations - specifically those with chronic illnesses (ex. Type2 diabetes, hypertension etc.). Patients use vital trackers for at home use and relay information to providers for chronic care management.

Skills and Requirements
Experience working in healthcare
outbound call volume sales experience and hitting key performance metrics.
Prior Sales, Enrollment Benefits or other performance based experience. experience selling products or services to patients directly over the phone null
