You will take a holistic view of the entire employee experience and lead our internal systems delivery with the same product-driven approach we apply to client-facing solutions, emphasizing employee and business outcomes to drive differentiation for the business.Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Sales, Finance, Technology, HR, and various Business Units—you will ensure that our product portfolio delivers transformative value, modern user experiences, internal efficiency, and continuous innovation.As the Head of Product Management, you will:Set the Product Vision & RoadmapEstablish and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with FactSet’s strategic goals. Develop roadmaps and prioritize feature development across multiple product lines, ensuring maximum impact for internal teams.Drive Innovation & ModernizationDeliver tangible value and strategic differentiation for FactSet by identifying and piloting emerging technologies. Continuously monitor the evolving tech landscape to blend the most promising solutions with our business objectives, ensuring FactSet stays at the forefront of industry innovation.Lead Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with ESI Leadership, technology, data, and operational leaders to ensure cohesive execution of product initiatives, breaking down silos and bridging communication gaps.Ensure Regulatory Compliance & ReportingRegulatory Alignment: Work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure that all internal products meet external regulatory and reporting requirements (e.g., SEC, IT SOX).Internal Reporting Standards: Oversee product features that facilitate data-driven decision-making and internal reporting, guaranteeing transparency and accountability across the organization.Champion User-Centric DesignCollaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, efficient experiences that delight end users and drive productivity and adoption.Foster Agile Best Practices and Product ThinkingImplement robust Agile practices to accelerate delivery and maximize business impact, ensuring iterative, data-driven decision-making.Manage a Global TeamAttract, develop, and lead a high-performing team of product managers and analysts around the globe, establishing an environment of client-centricity, accountability, creativity, and excellence.Measure Success & ROIDefine key metrics, monitor product performance, and align resource allocation with value generation. Drive continuous improvement based on data and stakeholder feedback. Use data to evaluate and inform strategy and decision making. Derive insights to support investment decisions.Required Skills & ExperienceExceptional CommunicationCapable of engaging executives, engineers, and end users alike, translating complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.10+ Years of LeadershipDemonstrated success in product management and/or technology leadership roles, with proven ability to execute large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.Strategic MindsetAdept at connecting market trends, user needs, and business objectives into cohesive product strategies.Global Team Management5+ years’ experience leading distributed teams, including managers of managers.Customer-FocusedTrack record of delivering solutions that exceed user expectations and drive measurable business outcomes.Technical FluencyFamiliarity with modern software development, data & analytics, reporting technologies, and emerging tech.AdaptabilityComfortable pivoting and reprioritizing in a rapidly evolving environment.Bachelor’s Degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or Related FieldOr equivalent experience.Results-DrivenPassionate about delivering measurable impact, on time and on budget.The budgeted salary range for this position in the states of California, Connecticut and New York is $190,000.00 - $240.000.00.At FactSet, we celebrate diversity of thought, experience, and perspective.
