About the Team

Fitch Group Finance department are currently seeking interns based out of our New York office. The internship will start June 9th and last for 10 weeks.

The role will support members of the Management Accounts and Financial Planning & Analysis teams.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Assist members of the team on day-to-day tasks as well as focus on a number of specific long-term projects in one of the following areas:
  • Management Accounts
    • Assist with month-end close, variance analysis, cashflow, statutory (VAT) returns and balance sheet reviews.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Help optimize processes, develop financial models and reports, assist with budgeting/planning and conduct financial analysis

  • We are looking for rising juniors and seniors working towards a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or similar analytical field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and ability to tackle complex problems in a structured manner
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
