Job Summary
Working as the Executive Chef for a premier corporate client in NYC, you will be responsible for the success of the culinary program. The Executive Chef will work out of a commissary kitchen providing breakfast and lunch daily, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational excellence
Build outstanding relationships with the clients
Manage cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
Plan and create all menus
Purchase and manage inventory
Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
Culinary degree preferred
Three to five years of culinary management experience
High volume production and catering experience
Previous experience managing cost controls
Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
