The Calendar Group Executive Assistant- Manhattan, NYC in New York, New York
Our client is seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support a CEO in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule, including meetings and events.
Coordinate travel and accommodations for executives.
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and special projects as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Serve as a liaison to senior management and other key departments.
Draft and prepare correspondence for internal and external communications.
Provide administrative support on various projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
Bachelor's degree required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must be flexible to travel as needed.
