Our financial client is looking for an IMAC/DMAC Technician to join their team in NYC. Candidates will be working on moves IMAC/DMAC duties, differentiated deployments, moves, adds and changes, site surveys, Hardware based work, this is not desktop or user support but they may perform troubleshooting as it relates to re-imaging, blue screen, HW and SW issues. They will be working evening and weekends in addition to their 40 hours a week as needed. Must be open and flexible to overtime. Candidates should have experience performing moves, disconnects and reconnects.

There is also some administrative functions to this job as they have to document their work and follow up with emails to users regarding updates to projects. Candidates must have good customer service and written and verbal communication skills. Must be team player!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
