The Director, US Core Partners will be responsible for ongoing management and supervision of the overall funds, which may include asset and transaction management; set and deliver on all aspects of the funds’ or portfolio strategy and performance and deliver optimum investment return including the use of debt where necessary; provide strategy presentations to both existing and potential investors in order to attract new investment to the fund; ensure that formal annual and quarterly reports are submitted in an approved format to the client/client's trustees; review all valuations, cash flow modeling, and performance projections of funds for which they are responsible and monitor performance; assist in the preparation of the annual business plan and develop investment strategies; monitor existing investments/projects and the pipeline of deals to recommend to senior management the timing and amount of cash needs and sources of liquidity; prepare consolidated cash flow projections and forecasts for the life of each fund or portfolio; and direct and manage the members of the Fund Management Team for which they are responsible.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Five years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered, as an Investment Manager, Portfolio Manager, Investment Analyst, Financial Analyst, or related occupation.Any experience in the following:- Working within a property company or core plus type funds, focusing on asset management and the creation of value.- Financial modeling, including commercial real estate discounted cash flow modeling.- Management of debt. - Financial reporting.Telecommuting permitted up to two days per week.

Minimum Salary: 190,757 Maximum Salary: 225,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
