Work Locations:With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Global Media operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales).

THE ROLE: Director, Marketing Production Operations, A&E
You should be a strong and strategic leader who is knowledgeable in the production of content across all platforms and multiple formats. This position demands the ability to interface effectively with senior employees across multiple departments, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration and alignment with company objectives. You'll be responsible for owning, leading, and executing the operations campaigns. You'llbecritical in thecommunicationbetween creative teams andallrelevantdepartments.Additionally, this role requires a high level of discretion and responsibility in managing highly sensitive content, ensuring proper handling and adherence to security protocols.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO: Director, Marketing Production Operations, A&E
- Oversee and manage the production team in execution of marketing campaign across all platforms, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
- Overseemacro budget and production planning across A&E
- Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Design Production and Account Management teams to align on campaign objectives, fostering accountability and partnership.
- Lead and mentor the production team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness.
- Optimize workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency, resource utilization, and overall project execution.
- Partner with Live Action Production teams to ensure all projects are in alignment and supported operationally
- Interface with senior stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure alignment on campaign strategies and business goals.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Director, Marketing Production Operations, A&E
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Expertise in cross-functional collaboration with Strategy, Creative, and Account Management teams.
- Ability to manage high-profile and highly sensitive content with discretion.
- Proven experience handling large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
