The ideal candidate will bring experience from leading B2B and payments organizations that have successfully implemented ABM and demand generation programs to fuel revenue growth.This position is open to candidates located in the U.S.What You'll Do at PayPalLead the strategy and execution of demand generation and ABM programs designed to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate sales performance.Build and manage a team of channel marketers, driving impactful campaigns across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and organic social channels.Develop vertical-specific ABM strategies tailored to the needs and behaviors of target industries and personas, aligning closely with sales and product teams.Champion a culture of experimentation-designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests across campaigns, messaging, and channels to optimize performance and unlock scalable growth.Collaborate with content marketing to develop compelling, personalized content that engages target accounts throughout the buyer journey and supports full-funnel marketing efforts.Partner cross-functionally with field, content, and product marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.Oversee external agency relationships to optimize paid media investments, improve efficiency across key metrics, and scale acquisition strategies.Drive lifecycle marketing strategies to engage, nurture, and convert leads throughout the customer journey.Define and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, ensuring consistent reporting and actionable insights for stakeholders.Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously exploring innovative approaches and integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance demand generation strategies.What You'll Bring to PayPal10+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and ABM, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, or payments industries.Proven success leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.Expertise in full-funnel marketing, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, and social media, with hands-on ABM experience.Deep understanding of content marketing strategy and how personalized content drives engagement and conversion throughout the buyer journey.Strong track record of using experimentation and data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and uncover new growth opportunities.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and deliver insights.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.Strategic and growth-oriented mindset with a passion for building data-driven marketing programs that drive business outcomes.Results-driven and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on delivering measurable impact.At PayPal, you'll have the opportunity to lead transformative marketing initiatives that directly impact our global merchant community.
