About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager resource to fill the role of a Digital Product Management Senior Manager, within the Lending & Markets Digital Banking Team.

This role will lead a team of Digital Product Managers globally located to design digital strategy and drive delivery for Wells Fargo’s Corporate Investment Banking Capital Markets arena.

The individual must be able to lead disparate cross functional areas with a consensus approach based on client needs, business drivers and a solid foundation of metrics. Aloof or “presidential” leaders need not apply, this role requires an individual well versed in the subject matter and able to work alongside operations, sales, product owners, coders and executives.

The right candidate will possess a deep knowledge of Capital Markets and wholesale clients. They will be experienced with modern Digital principals with a track record exhibit flexibility and creativity needed to deconstruct and reconstruct traditional workflows into bespoke experiences orchestrated and enhanced by AI.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy for Capital Markets products ranging from hedging to issuance.

  • Lead multiple Product Owners (located in multiple time-zones), across one or more areas supporting the CIB Markets group with the goal of continuous and incremental delivery of new features and transformative experiences on Vantage web and mobile.

  • Integrate strategies and from multiple business groups into the Capital Markets Digital Strategy to evolve and grow the Digital Approach.

  • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes.

  • Drive delivery excellence at an accelerated pace but never sacrifice Value and Quality for speed.

  • Listen to and collaborate/ Act as an advisor to all levels of partners including senior executives to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, that meet the Lin of Business and broader Banks’s long-term goals.

  • Interact with internal and external clients to design a digital experience delivered bespoke for each user.

  • Fortify the Market teammate experience inside the Lending & Markets culture dedicated to empowerment, knowledge, and creativity.

  • Never lose sight of the centrality of Risk Management for bank and clients. Become a trusted partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Control functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

  • 6+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Able to manage a team of professionals with a global footprint.

  • 6+ years of experience of Agile and Agile tools particularly JIRA and Confluence.

  • 3+ years of management experience or leadership experience

  • Advanced communication skills at multiple levels

  • Experience with digital product development on Capital Markets products and rails, specifically FX and Investing.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

  • Facility to coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Desired Qualifications:

  • Markets Banking and Financial services industry

  • Digital Platform management experience

  • Working experience with Mobile solutions

  • Experienced with KPIs management and definition

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher, MBA preferred but not required

  • Knowledge and understanding of digital technologies to include strong digital design sensibilities and familiarity with best practices for user-centered

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
