Citigroup Digital Product Management Lead Analyst in New York, New York

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Product Management Lead Analyst for its New York, NY location.

Duties: Drive engagement for Citi’s Digital Wealth customers, using a number of work streams including: Funding, Content Education, and Financial Wellness. Deliver a total wealth solution to Citi’s clients, integrating advice and execution across both their assets and their liabilities. Deliver timely advice and recommendations tailored to clients’ evolving financial needs. Engage with an experience cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design, and develop innovative financial platform products related to self-directed investment products, automated investments (ROBO), goals planning, saving goals, and financial advisor tools. Engage with businesses and shape businesses and product requirements into platform requirements. Coordinate the end-to-end digital client experience supporting Citi Global Wealth products and enhancements. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation in the financial services/technology industry. Three (3) years of experience must include: Commissioning research, studies, and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving business problem as well as conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities; Identifying innovations and leading “test and learn” experiments to create platform products that increase customer value; Analyzing user behavior data and product metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance in line with the established KPIs; Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, product roadmap and visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders using tools including JIRA and RTC and leveraging MS Visio for creating sequence diagrams; Ensuring governance of payment and wealth management features and implementation following established rules and regulations per Risk Management standards; and Capturing detailed Business Requirement documents and Functional Specification documents utilizing JIRA tools in GHERKIN language to facilitate QA automation testing efforts. 40 hrs./wk.
