Neuberger Berman Data Analyst II, Enterprise Data Management - Business Intelligence & Analytics in New York, New York
The Enterprise Data Management (EDM) organization is comprised of multiple teams that are responsible for developing, executing, and delivering data products across a new cloud platform at Neuberger Berman. The Business Intelligence & Reporting team within EDM is responsible for delivering reporting and analytics solutions that enable our stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. We are an extension of the EDM team and work closely with front office groups and the technology teams that support them. This role is an opportunity to be part of the team driving our EDM and Business Intelligence reporting strategy at Neuberger Berman.
Responsibilities:
Play a key role in scaling the firm’s Business Intelligence & Analytics capabilities and BI data assets.
Support the EDM team’s cloud strategy, including self-service analytics and data-as-a-service.
Develop scalable analytics solutions that promote and support the EDM team’s cloud and data governance strategies.
Conduct data analysis across different source systems and become proficient across multiple data domains.
Identify opportunities to incorporate the firm’s internal Generative AI platform with Business Intelligence capabilities.
Manage the team’s Change Management and development of CI/CD for Tableau.
Work closely with QA teams to ensure appropriate testing and sign-offs are handled prior to production releases.
Support the Business Intelligence Center of Enablement initiatives and operating model within Global Technology.
Qualifications:
4+ years of data analytics in the field of Business Intelligence or Information Management. Financial service experience a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize work within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Prior experience with Business Intelligence technologies including Tableau, PowerBI, SAP Business Objects, or Crystal. Tableau and Tableau Cloud are a big plus.
Advanced knowledge of Snowflake or SQL and relational and dimensional database structures and practices.
Experience with programming in Python.
Familiarity with enterprise technology tools: Tidal Enterprise Scheduler, Service Now, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Azure GIT, or Airflow.
Experience developing data models in Snowflake that are used for scalable Business Intelligence dashboards and include user entitlements a big plus.
Experience with implementing data fabric, a centralized approach to automate and integrate data access a plus.
Experience using enterprise data catalog tools like Collibra with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau a big plus.
Experience driving best practices as a member of Business Intelligence Center of Enablement a plus.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
