Full Job DescriptionOur LUXURY RETAIL CLIENT is looking for a Creative Asset / Project Manager. This is a HYBRID role onsite in NYC - combination of onsite and remote Responsibilities:Manage full breadth of production aspects of global photography/video content including campaign imagery and e-commerce product contentManage all worldwide content strategies to maintain a full funnel approach to content creation:Awareness driving brand storytelling campaignsValue-proposition focused mid-level supporting contentBelow the line conversation driving assetsOversee production of 6+ global advertising campaigns each season, including complex celebrity management and 25+ SKU managementLead production & sample coordination on product photography of over 200+ SKUs a season-managing agency and internal teams, ensuring all assets are delivered according to set deadlinesPlan and manage the global creative budget and KPIs-meticulously monitoring spend throughout the season/projects to ensure staying within the established budgetReview and vet all creative SOWs and estimates-coordinating with key finance contacts to keep them updated on all financial aspects of the project/shootReview and process all creative invoicesMonitor all production timelines & schedules from pre-production to post-production-ensuring all scoped deliverables are reviewed by key stakeholders and delivered on timeAct as the key day-to-day point person with all creative agencies, including campaign agency partner and product photography partnerPossibility of eventually building and overseeing an in-house studio productionOversee Production Coordinator responsibilities, including sample coordination, ensuring all samples for all shoots are delivered correctly and on timeQualifications:The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in content productionExperience working with/for retail brands, with a plus for luxury/premium retail brandsExtremely strong organizational skills requiredStrong communication skills required, both verbal and writtenExcellent strategic thinking skills and proactive at anticipating and troubleshooting problemsAbility to adapt to various situations and workflowsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Windows applicationsAbility to work in a dynamic environment and quickly shift between various tasks and responsibilitiesCapability to learn new technologies easily and independentlyIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
