The Marketing Strategy and Operations team within our Paramount Brand Studio is charged with market positioning, demand generation, opportunity development, and establishing process and operational efficiencies.

This role will focus on developing advanced ad formats for Paramounts streaming platforms and developing tools and systems to support Paramount Brand Studio organization. The role will assist creating, positioning, and executing ad formats including creating marketing materials, providing sales support and assisting in tracking and execution needs. This role will also support the development and ongoing maintenance of tools and processes used by the Paramount Brand Studio team.

They will be detail-oriented, curious and a team player. A thoughtful approach to problem solving and strong communication skills will be key to succeeding in this role.

THE DAY TO DAY:

Assist with the creation of sales marketing collateral (decks & one-sheets) that position ad formats in a positive light - emphasizing the value of the opportunity and the impact it offers advertisers.

Consistently update marketing collateral as new data/insights, capabilities, & elements become available - ensuring were always empowering sales with the latest & greatest capabilities.

Contribute to in-bound RFP requests and pitches for ad formats by advising/recommending solutions, pricing information, & relevant sales collateral.

Support the execution of vendor-produced ad formats, managing timelines, deliverables, testing and campaign launches.

Compile competitive research and insights on streaming ad formats and capabilities.

Support evaluation, onboard, and manage vendor relationships in relation to a specific project or business need.

Consistently maintain a variety of resources that house relevant information vital for sales & marketing strategy (programming dashboards, revenue tracking, sponsorship trackers, & more).

Assist with day-to-day and team advancement projects that create new efficiencies and improve work quality.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills, with an understanding of how to craft and evolve narratives.

Passion for distilling complex information into simple & digestible terms for sales & clients to easily grasp & understand.

Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, & strategic thinker with a passion for problem solving.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint, Google Slides) with an eye for aesthetics.

Keen interest in the future of television & streaming.

Positive, insatiably curious, and resourceful.

Team player with a strong work ethic who is capable of working with a variety of personalities.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 57,500.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
