The Estee Lauder Companies Coordinator, Account/Planning CL NA in New York, New York

Description

The Planner Coordinator is responsible for effectively assisting the Planners and Account Leads in the Management of account level activities including data entry, tracking and logging POs and pulling reports for analysis.

Order Mgmt. & Execution

Assist planners with Launch/ Basic order analysis, tracking information and reporting errors

Track Saleable PO’s & Shipments (Basic / Launch Pos) - SAP

Track Non-Saleable / Promotional POs (GWP, Samples, Collateral etc / No Cost Pos) - Passport

Execute Launch reorders

Write orders as needed

Reporting

Pull weekly and month end reports (ELC & Retailer systems)

Pull reports from Data Warehouse / Power BI and format properly in Excel for printing

Misc / Relevant administrative tasks

Support Inventory Adjustments for testers, damages and customer returns.

Manage SRP updates (filling out retailer required information)

Filling out retailer required information for new products

Provide retailers / dotcom partners launch set up information

New Door Opening

New Account Opening Form

Track Opening Order

Set up New Account Openings and closings

Analysis

Manipulate Excel files using v-lookup, and formulas to present new data

Track Promotional results / Update Side x Side calendar

Analyze retail performance by door assortment type

Ad Pro (non-digital)

Confirm programing and budget with Account Lead / Account Programmer

Input non digital ad spend

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Strong math and analytical skills

  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel, & Power Point)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an adept learner of new computer programs

  • Proficient in data entry, organization and analysis.

  • Self-Starter, detail oriented, adept at problem solving and analyzing information

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to meet and exceed established deadlines, prioritizing and multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
