Inspect food preparation areas to ensure the observance of safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking quality, keeping track of old and new items and rotating stock. Order supplies as needed. Bake, roast, broil, deep fry, and steam vegetables, meats, and other foods according to recipes under the supervision of Head Chef.
