Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Studio Senior in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Work You’ll Do Drive software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design. • 15% Travel required nationally • Telecommuting permitted • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires two years of related work experience in each of the following: • Researching user reported issues with software systems, identifying root causes and resolutions, and implementing fixes by analyzing data utilizing SQL; • Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Azure DevOps, and Atlassian Jira; • Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress utilizing Jira, and Azure DevOps; • Working across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to design, develop, test and implement web solutions using Agile methodology for enterprise-level clients; • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing Agile methodology, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and User Acceptance (UAT) testing; • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Scrum; • Utilizing Simple Object Access Protocol User Interface (SoapUI), and Postman to support Integration, and End-to-End (E2E) System testing to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions; and • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments utilizing Microsoft (MS) Word, and Excel.
