Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Senior in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Work You’ll Do Drive the development of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and systems development life cycle. Participate in the delivery of comprehensive network transformation projects; help achieve the most out of existing infrastructure. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, by driving the design and development. Drive various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design. • 50% Travel required nationally • Telecommuting permitted • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Utilizing middleware tools MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and TIBCO including TIBCO Business Works (BW), TIBCO Business Events (BE), and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS), to perform data conversions, interface design, and interface development; • Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations, and urgent issues, utilizing Waterfall project management life cycle, Agile Scrum methodologies, and Kanban concepts; • Creating technical and functional specifications, including navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, utilizing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, TIBCO BW, TIBCO BE, and TIBCO EMS; • Recommending, designing, and implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions with various integration design patterns including message sequencing, guaranteed delivery, broadcast, and publisher-subscriber model; • Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, and designing, prototyping APIs, testing, training, and implementing Cloud technology solutions using MuleSoft out-of-the-box connectors including HTTP, SalesForceDotCom (SFDC), Database, and creating custom system connectors; • Designing and implementing disaster recovery, storage architecture, and network architecture, utilizing MuleSoft Anypoint Runtime and Anypoint API Manager; • Performing root cause analysis for testing, monitoring, and documenting test use case results using MUnit, SQL Query with environmental system testing; and • Deploying custom-developed applications, including process design, prototyping, code development and review, unit testing, performance testing, configuration, defect management, production deployment, and training, utilizing Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Message Queuing (MQ) service, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Azure for CI/CD, Jenkins, and Splunk.
