Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.Work You’ll Do Drive software advisory and implementation services to help bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities for Supply Chain network optimization. Provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Set engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support creation of interface specifications and flows for the various components in the design.• 50% Travel required nationally • Telecommuting permitted • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Utilizing SAP Ariba’s pre-configured solution based on leading practice to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Hospitality, Pharmaceutical, Media or Energy industries; • Researching and tracking user reported issues with software systems, identifying root causes and resolutions, and implementing fixes, utilizing ServiceNow; • Working across all phases of the SAP Ariba Implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing and Guided Buying for enterprise-level clients then monitoring application server performance of SAP Ariba utilizing Core Administrator; • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing Configuration Workbooks, Requirements Traceability Matrix and Fit/Gap Assessment; • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; • Utilizing Microsoft Excel or HP ALM to support System Integration testing (SIT), Unit testing and User Acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions; • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, developing functional specifications for custom development and interfacing with external systems utilizing Key Design Decisions tracker, Customization List, and Industry Print (IP); and • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing DSSAP Ariba Instance or client’s Ariba test instance, and SAP Learning Hub.
