Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support ofbusiness and technology objectives for clients. Develop future-state business process and key design decisions for Information Technology and Operational environments. Conduct marketanalysis, including determining current and future competitive environments of business entities. Conduct technical enablement assessment to determine key process and organizational gaps in current business environment. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information,key players, and industry trends. Analyze financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization. Assist clients indeveloping a shared services organization and improving back-office efficienciesby eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes.• 50% Travel required nationally.• Telecommuting permitted.• Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in arelated occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:•Designing enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies and advising clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures, utilizing strategy accelerators andmethodologies;•Providing support in developing and documenting internal business processes and metrics consistent with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, utilizing Process Mapping;•Providing industry insight and analytical support, using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling to produce analysis and algorithms, utilizing Gartnermagic Quadrant, Emerging Markets Information System (EMIS), Forrester, and Mergermarket;•Developing integrated operating model strategies by assessing a client’s business challenges, needs, and gaps, diagnosing root problems, and recommending an asset-leveraging focused solution;•Designing and implementing transformations, enhancements, optimizations, and improved business processes that are flexible and resilient to changing operational strategy;•Analyzing and visualizing data, drawing insights, and recommending solutions to specific clientchallenges, utilizing PowerBI, Tableau, Microsoft (MS) Excel, and Think-Cell.Annual Salary: $137,700.00-$229,500.00.To apply visit apply.deloitte.com.
