Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Work You’ll Do Manage software testing and implementation information technology projects and services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the insurance, financial services, healthcare, state and local government, telecom, and retail industries. Manage test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, including SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), End-to-End, and Performance Testing. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers.; Work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. --50% Travel required nationally. --Telecommuting permitted. --Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Requirements Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Researching user reported issues, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams, utilizing Jira, Version One, HP ALM, Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban, Waterfall, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD); • Overseeing technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing Jira, Confluence, Version One, HP ALM, and Oracle SQL developer; • Reviewing Unit, Integration (SIT), End to End, User Acceptance (UAT), Performance, Functional, and Smoke testing, utilizing Selenium Webdriver, Winium, Rest Assured frameworks, jUnit, HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT), and Jmeter; • Managing test scripts, plans and cases, logging defects, and generating test execution reports utilizing Jira, Version One, HP ALM, Teamcity, and Jenkins, with BDD, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies for software development lifecycle; • Creating and developing test case reports and documenting use and test cases for SIT, End to End , UAT, Performance, Functional with test scenarios; • Performing and overseeing testing across custom developed solutions and large-scale package implementations, utilizing Java, Scala, and Javascript; • Organizing with teams, including external vendors across different types of testing, utilizing SIT, End to End, UAT, Performance, Functional using Test Automation; • Coordinating and performing testing for systems implementations in multiple industries.
