Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Work You’ll DoDesign and prototype customer-facing growth strategies and innovation portfolios to enable global Fortune 500 companies to drive innovation and achieve new market/industry penetration in targeted geographies. Examine products to determine how they historically and currently interact with users from different demographics and in different job functions, and identify risk potential for negative user experience. Provide guidance and direction to corporate on the product engagement of diverse consumers. Organize and determine customer profile, campaign management, and offer management, and differentiate service offering to demonstrate Deloitte’s capabilities. Identify and address the unique needs and challenges of various customers, analyze digital platforms, and engage users from different demographics in order to assess the risk potential for negative user experience. Develop and prioritize advanced analytics use cases throughout customer journeys in order to improve customer experience, customer enablement, and customer retention. Design experiments and testing methods to assess effectiveness of different digital marketing approaches, and optimize marketing strategy to drive customer outcome. • 50% Travel required nationally. • Telecommuting permitted. • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following: • Performing UX/UI design and design processes, including research, synthesis, insight generation, ideation, design, prototyping and testing; • Utilizing storytelling, design thinking, and human-centered design to drive innovation and user-centric ideation projects forward, leveraging User Journey Mapping, Storyboarding techniques and tools including Figma, Visio, and Lucidchart; • Gathering functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using Confluence, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project and Smartsheets; • Performing analytics and building visualizations, including worksheets, dashboards, stories, and data manipulation, utilizing Excel and Tableau; • Building advanced presentations to include project timeline charts, clean and consistent formatting, process documentation, client analysis, and executive summaries, utilizing PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to perform process optimization for purposes of cost reduction and improved efficiency, utilizing Agile sprint planning and Scrum methodologies; and • Designing market validation, research surveys, user testing and feedback utilizing Qualtrics and Medallia to optimize digital marketing strategy and customer experience.
