ConEdison Communications Associate in New York, New York

Required Education/Experience

  • Associate's Degree and 4 years of experience or

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience

Relevant Work Experience

  • Experience engaging in multiple team-based, competing projects and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines, required.

  • Detail orientation, an eye for consistency, accuracy, and precision in all areas of work, required.

  • Critical thinker always looking to improve efficiency, opportunities to refine processes, and new systems or technologies, required.

  • Must possess analytical and creative problem-solving skills to respond to and manage unexpected issues, required.

  • Ability to flex communication style to multiple cultural environments, required.

  • Self-starter but collaborative, team player, required.

  • Skilled in being direct yet graceful, required.

  • Organized, planned and adaptive, required.

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, required.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

  • Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday

  • Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

  • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday

Additional Physical Demands

  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
