Responsibilities Lead complex, cross-functional projects that require alignment and buy-in from stakeholders across the organization, utilizing diversified data sources and research to make informed decisions and drive projects to success. Own the process, design, enablement, and evolution of Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Incentive Management, including the Bottoms-Up process, Top-Down allocation, Quota Setting, Productivity, and Incentive Design and Execution. Drive revenue planning, focusing on long-term and short-term opportunities, identifying levers, and driving execution to inform business direction and alignment across stakeholders. Manage weekly reporting; Identify and complete key analysis to deep dive, analyze, and discover meaningful insights and collaborate with other XFN partners (i.e., Strategy, Product). Define, design, and ensure adherence to processes and policies related to Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Incentive Management, including managing conflict and exceptions. Drive stakeholder engagement and support for completing key processes, as well as thinking proactively to ensure communication and support are tailored to upcoming demands. Fluidly transition between high-level synthesized executive presentations and in-depth, rolling-up-the-sleeves detailed support and analysis. Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Mathematics or a related field and three years of related work experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Mathematics or a related field and five years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. Must have three years of experience in each of the following: Leading complex and cross-functional projects, which include securing stakeholder alignment and buy-in and utilizing diverse resources and research to make informed and proactive decisions and ensure project success; Communicating and engaging with senior or C-level leadership, including conducting interviews, articulating questions, synthesizing insights and presenting frameworks/concepts to ensure comprehension and alignment with business objectives; Utilizing SQL, Python and business intelligence tools to extract, cleanse, analyze, visualize and turn large amount of complex data into actionable insights, and distilling findings to empower business decision making and outcomes; Conducting market research, competition analysis, finance report analysis in the digital advertising market to drive informed business decisions for short and long-term strategy planning; and Optimizing process end-to-end, including analyzing current process, identifying pain points, estimating impact, facilitating brainstorming to generate solutions, gathering feedback postimplementation and proactively addressing risks and friction points.
