Job Title: Carpenter Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Carpenter Foreman with a minimum of 3+ years in commercial construction in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to work nights and weekends, and reliable transportation to various job sites in the NY/NJ/CT area.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage construction sites.
Ensure project timelines are met and work is completed to the highest standard.
Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Communicate effectively via emails, documenting RFIs, taking photos, and videos.
Travel to various job sites, including the 5 Boroughs in NYC, Long Island, and New Jersey.
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in commercial construction in a supervisory role.
Excellent leadership skills.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
Reliable transportation.
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Excellent communication skills.
5+ years of experience as a carpenter foreman/supervisor.
OSHA 30 certification.
SST certification.
Valid driver’s license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
experience in carpentry.
Knowledge of framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and painting.
Experience with power tools and tape measure.
General contractor experience.
Clean MVR.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntington Station, New York (travel to all 5 boroughs)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
