Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is seeking a Technology Business Manager to join their team. As a Technology Business Manager, you will be part of the workforce management team supporting various strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technology Business Manager

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: $45-50 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Manage workforce for 8,000 people, including requisitions for full-time employees, offshore staff, and vendor partnerships.

  • Analyze and report on span of control for different management levels, ensuring all exceptions are accounted for.

  • Participate in weekly strategy calls regarding location availability and workforce management forecasts.

  • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to enhance reporting efficiency and data analysis.

  • Review daily requisitions to ensure alignment with forecasts, funding availability, and location capacity.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in resource management and forecasting.

  • Strong vendor management and procurement skills.

  • Expertise in metrics and reporting.

  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
