Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Data Analyst in New York, New York. This role is within the industry and will be responsible for improving our business processes and functions through comprehensive data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Atlassian Jira and CRM software to manage and analyze business data

• Conduct Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in our business processes

• Generate and maintain detailed business requirement documents

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and presentations based on data analysis findings

• Implement AB Testing methods to evaluate the success of business strategies

• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage projects and improve efficiency

• Oversee Claim Administration processes to ensure they are compliant and efficient

• Collaborate with team members to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement strategies to improve business process functions based on data analysis results. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required for managing tasks and workflows.

• Experience with CRM systems is essential for managing customer relationships and data.

• Ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify and address system or process deficiencies.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation and report generation.

• Experience in AB Testing to optimize business decisions and outcomes.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies to facilitate effective project management.

• Understanding of Business Process Functions to effectively analyze and improve business operations.

• Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents to guide project development and implementation.
