Description We are in search of a Business Analyst for a long-term contract employment opportunity in New York. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing gap analysis, managing CRM, and utilizing Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. This role is integral to our operations and is based in our New York office.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking tasks

• Manage and utilize CRM to maintain customer relationships and drive business growth

• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data analysis and documentation

• Implement AB Testing to improve business processes and customer experience

• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage projects and enhance team productivity

• Understand business process functions to provide effective solutions

• Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents to guide project execution

• Oversee claim administration to ensure efficient and timely resolution of claims. Requirements • Proficiency in the use of Atlassian Jira is required.

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is necessary.

• Ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Competency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

• Familiarity with AB Testing methods for optimizing business processes.

• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments is essential.

• Understanding of Business Process Functions and their applications.

• Proven ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
