Job Title: Associate, Sustainability Product MarketingLocation: 50 Hudson Yards, New York, NY 10001Wage Range: $120300 - $155000Job Duties:BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. is hiring a(n) Associate, Sustainability Product Marketing (ref. Code R251139 in New York, NY).Duties: Build commercial momentum around Aladdin Sustainability products and offerings. Develop and deliver go to market planning for new product offerings in the Aladdin Sustainability product remit. Partner with public-facing marketing teams to accelerate new commercial channels and targeted marketing campaigns. Publish case studies to highlight the value proposition of Aladdin’s sustainability offering. Drive planning and participation of Aladdin Sustainability in public-facing events. Drive client/user value and adoption of Aladdin Sustainability product suite amongst existing clients. Drive adoption through targeted engagement with strategic clients. Support and enable client-facing organization to own new delivery channels for Aladdin Sustainability product offerings. Establish a framework for measuring the value of Aladdin Sustainability products. Define compelling narratives and use cases to articulate the value of Aladdin Sustainability products. Combine internal and external feedback to inform commercial and product strategy. Execute marketing campaigns for all high-value product deliverables and enhancements. Inform client engagement and adoption strategy with user adoption metrics. Scale end user education and service model around Aladdin Sustainability product suite. Design and implement scaled marketing content to decrease client acquisition and onboarding cost. Update and enhance repository of Aladdin Sustainability content delivered through Aladdin client sites. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered, Analyst, or other related occupation.
