Job Title: Associate, Product StrategistLocation: 50 Hudson Yards, New York, NY 10001Wage Range: $130700 - $150000Job Duties:BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. is hiring a(n) Associate, Product Strategist (ref. Code R251260 in New York, NY).Duties: Working closely with the Product Strategy team, this role will be responsible for supporting the strategic plan for fundraising with a focus on Global Real Asset Securities. Play a key role in the ongoing development and maintenance of a full suite of product marketing and client content, including presentation books, due diligence materials, internal training materials, and periodic client communications. Liaise with internal partners to support brand and product development, including development and management of prospect pipelines together with related measurement, tracking and reporting. Partner with BlackRock's various distribution teams on fundraising and marketing execution. Prepare materials for presentation of the investment opportunity to prospective clients, manage team schedule and draft response to RFPs and client diligence. Apply creativity to continually track competitor analysis and value-added insights on competitors. Respond to ad-hoc client requests for information and conduct investment analysis. Work with the Product Strategy team to develop client-facing program inclusive of periodic portfolio review meetings, reporting, investment announcements and related communications and activities. Address client investment-related, business and operational issues that arise during the course of the client's relationship with BlackRock by serving as the liaison between the investment team and all other areas of BlackRock (compliance, legal, operations, marketing, and sales). Provide economic and sector specific data and performance analytics for both client content and ongoing reporting. REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Government, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; and 24 months experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
