How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Drive product innovation by developing deep financial markets expertise and leveraging Fitch's customer insights to shape our product direction.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to refine the product backlog, prioritize features, and craft a strategic roadmap that aligns with Fitch's business objectives.
  • Enhance product quality and user satisfaction by leading user acceptance testing, ensuring comprehensive documentation, and facilitating stakeholder training.
  • Spearhead data-driven decision making by analyzing user feedback, usage metrics, and KPIs to provide actionable insights that inform product strategy.
  • Partner with technical teams optimize data accuracy and functional validations, directly contributing to the reliability and credibility of Fitch's product offerings.

You May be a Good Fit if:
  • 2 years of product development experience, with proficiency in Agile methodologies and JIRA.
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience, preferably in financial markets or related fields.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis using tools such as Heap, Piwik, BI Tools, and SQL.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90, 000 and $115, 000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
