Overview
Position Summary
Manage daily tactical plan needs. Develop relationships with internal & external media partners. Plan, direct & coordinate media programs for clients. The goal for this role is to develop innovative, multi-channel, healthcare media plans while fostering media partnerships to expand marketplace skills. You will report to the Director, Partner Direct.
Responsibilities
Knowledge
Strong understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughout
Strong understanding of client's business and goals
Understanding of how client business objectives translate into media investment and management strategies
Strong understanding of the planning process
Strong understanding of the media marketplace and partner landscape
Firm understanding of partnership opportunities, deals and terms
Day-to-Day
Oversee the daily execution of Partner Direct team tasks
Lead media planning process - team adherence to timelines, ensure partner recommendations ladder up to media strategies
Lead tactical plan presentation with client teams
Lead rate negotiations
Develop POV's on new partners and media offerings
Internal + External Relationships
Develop talent, delegate, and ensure teams are working smoothly
Manage and prioritize team assignments
Provide clear, regular communication regarding client and project goals, prioritization, and measures of success to all partners
Foster a positive work environment
Provide expertise and share knowledge with junior team members
Deliver constructive, actionable feedback to team
Begin to develop working relationships with client contacts
Continue to develop relationships with important media partners
Collaborate internally with leadership across capabilities and teams
Continue to develop relationships with key Groupe teams, such as APEX and PMX
Navigate proper support for planning systems and tools
Contribute to new business efforts as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
6+ years of experience
Pharma Experience Preferred
Expertise in 4+ channels, audiences, and campaign types:
Digital - Endemic/Lifestyle, Video, Print, OOH, HCP, Payer/Managed Markets
Experience writing presentations, creative briefs, summaries of industry news and POVs
Edit, proofreading and presentation skills
Client relationship skills and ability to think from a client’s perspective

Compensation Range: $79,990 - $125,925. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be TBA.
