Overview
We’re searching for an Associate Director, Creative Analytics who will be a leader within the core Creative Analytics team.
The Creative Analytics team works with partners both internally and externally to activate a technology roadmap that creates relevance while driving business outcomes. Developing and translating the data story in meaningful ways and applying analytical insights to business challenges. This requires being a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to business and marketing performance analytics. The director is responsible for the foundational elements that make our clients better able to plan, optimize, measure, and share the performance of their marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal team on client communications and deliverables, helping to define the story in a simple and concise way and communicate success of client’s marketing efforts
Collaborate on day-to-day client data & analytics deliverables
Collaborate on the overall measurement strategy through discovery and development of measurement plans, learning agendas, and test plans
Support measurement frameworks and actionable insight generation
Develop and help manage the relationship with key vendors, clients and internal stakeholders
Lead client deliverables, help them understand the story in a simple and concise way and communicate success of client’s marketing efforts
Provide guidance to clients on marketing performance analytics through POV’s related to improving performance on marketing activities
Assist with guidance on Adobe Analytics
Proactively propose performance improvements for clients’ marketing activities
Through compelling data visualizations, develop, maintain and communicate insights, key metrics and reports, highlighting opportunities for improvement
Keep internal stakeholders informed about new opportunities, issues and performance successes.
Collaborate with Analytics leadership to develop and document case studies with process and results
Foster a team environment and play an active role in building teams
Qualifications
3+ years of work experience with analytics and optimization platforms
3+ years of business experience in marketing consulting, advertising or interactive
Experience with hands-on reporting of Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe Marketing suite apps (preferred)
Experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI
Strong familiarity with the digital environment and ecosystem
Expertise within the digital environment and in aligning marketing strategies with business needs
Four-year degree (with a business focus such as Statistics, Economics, Finance or Marketing)
Master’s or advanced degree (preferred)
Expertise within the digital environment and in aligning marketing strategies with business needs
Knowledge of integrated marketing and related disciplines (including primary research, segmentation, targeting, direct marketing and customer care)
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects across internal teams
Proven record with strong client relationship skills
Strong familiarity with the digital environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Occasional travel to PUB and client offices as needed

Compensation Range: $110,580 - $173,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
