Overview
Join the engine-room of Publicis Health’s Platform Service practice, driving implementation, learning, adoption & success within our transformation portfolio. Working with the biggest names in the pharmaceutical space, this client-facing role requires a versatile skillset, with a demonstrated ability to navigate both technical and business contexts to deliver exceptional value. You will be instrumental in delivering strategic Change Management, serving as connective tissue across client transformation objectives and delivering compelling presentations, trainings, communications, and business planning resources.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex, integrated business scenarios and rapidly design and deliver both short- and long-term change management solutions that drive measurable user adoption and success.
Operate with speed and agility, effectively switching contexts, building consensus, and driving clarity across diverse stakeholders and business challenges.
Develop trusted client relationships and insights, delivering authentic and persuasive deliverables in alignment with articulated vision.
Design and deliver compelling presentations, trainings, and communications that align with change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and business outcomes.
Quickly build expertise across diverse subject areas, developing a versatile knowledge base to deliver informed, actionable solutions.
Proactively identify gaps and opportunities, self-administer project execution, and drive solutions that align stakeholder expectations and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and delegate work, with an openness to supporting and developing junior team members as growth opportunities arise.
Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant, client-facing experience in Consulting or large Agency environment
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a preferred focus on content creation & technology
Familiarity & understanding of Marketing Technology enablers & providers
NYC is preferred location, with regular in-office attendance and occasional client travel
Strong writing & PowerPoint design skills, with the ability to create and present clear, concise & visually appealing content (presentations, communications, etc.)
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timeline, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrates exceptional diligence, consistently exceeding expectations through persistent effort

Compensation Range: $105,570-$137,195. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
