Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Retail Media plays a key role in the day-to-day execution and optimization of retail media campaigns across various platforms. Reporting to the Director of Retail Media, this role requires hands-on expertise in campaign management, budget tracking, performance analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and drive sales growth.
The role reports directly into the Director- Retail Media and requires ongoing collaboration with stakeholders including but not limited to the division CDMO, global stakeholders, finance, and other LUSA leadership.
Skills Required:
Campaign Management: Execute and manage retail media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Criteo, Walmart Connect, retailer-specific platforms, etc.), including campaign setup, bid management, keyword research, audience targeting, and creative testing.
Budget Management & Tracking: Monitor and track campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend and adherence to allocated resources. Provide regular budget updates and reconciliation reports to the Director.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns towards KPIs. Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and ROI.
Platform Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of various retail media platforms and their functionalities. Stay up-to-date on platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., brand marketing, e-commerce, finance) and external agency partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and communication.
Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage data and analytics to understand customer behavior, identify opportunities for optimization, and inform campaign strategies.
Technical Proficiency : Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical aspects related to campaign tracking, tagging, pixels, and data integration. Familiarity and expertise with the Retail Advertising ecosystem- programmatic, search and display or similar experience (hands on keyboard experience a must)
Strong attention to detail and focus on process especially when managing numerous budgets and reporting to internal team(s)
Experience working with/ management of agency partners and internal teams
Ability to translate brand and campaign objectives into strategic optimizations
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
2-4 years of experience in community management or social media marketing.
Experience building and optimizing campaigns in Criteo and retail media networks.
Experience managing online communities, developing and executing community engagement strategies, and tracking performance metrics. Familiarity with social listening tools and community management platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.
No Physical Requirements of the Role
Preferred Qualifications:
Social Media Marketing / Community Management certifications.
Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range [New York] : $84,500-$120,400 base salary (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
