The ideal candidatewill have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to workcollaboratively across departments to drive data-driven decision-making processes.Workflows & Data Management: * Lead and advocate for data governance policies to maintain data integrity and set standards for our data schema. * Define and execute a data strategy aligned with business objectives. Business Intelligence & Analytics: * Lead the development of BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. * Oversee the development of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for efficient data processing. * Provide insights and actionable recommendations through data visualization and predictive analytics. Process Improvement & Innovation: * Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, reporting efficiency, and automation. * Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in data management and analytics. * Drive initiatives to modernize data infrastructure and enhance cloud-based data solutions.About the teamThe Core Data Workflows Team is a multidisciplinary group within the Data Estate business unit.The team is responsible for designing and implementing scalable data workflows, ensuring datavalidation and integration, and developing business intelligence solutions. With key membersspecializing in workflow engineering, data engineering, and BI, the team collaborates closely toproduce actionable insights, automate processes, and standardize operations. Their initiatives areaimed at driving data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $124,300-$180,250 , depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
