Description ● Manage the Accounts Payable process from vendor onboarding through payment processing.

● Take full ownership of our accounts payable inbox communicating with vendors and troubleshooting issues.

● Ensure proper account and dimension coding for accurate representation on the financials.

● Working with management to ensure timely payments are made to our vendors.

● Monitor our Saas vendors and assist management with identifying contract renewals and duplication

● Manage the Travel and Expense management system, Nexonia.

● Review and approve/reject expense reports as required, communicate any problems to the users prior to rejection.

● Provide instruction to Nexonia users as needed and help users fix problems proactively.

● Alert Controller/Finance Director of any expenses submitted outside of policy prior to approval/rejection.

● Audit and process expense reports and purchasing card transactions in compliance with IRS guidelines and company policies.

● Regularly audit and report on T& E trends, recommending process improvements as needed.

● Collaborate with the finance team in implementing a new global expense solution

● Assist with accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.

● Provide the Editorial team assistance tracking Contributor agreements and SOW’s.

● Provide Editorial team assistance with monitoring subscriptions.

● Provide assistance with ad hoc projects.

● Assist the Finance team in other initiatives aimed at improving the financial performance of the business. Requirements Account Coding, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accrual Accounting, Auditing, Automated Clearing House (ACH)
