Full Job Description3D DesignerPosition OverviewOur Agency Client is seeking a talented 3D Designer to create visually stunning and innovative 3D models and environments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of the latest design software and technology, contributing to the development of engaging visual experiences.FreelanceUp to 40 hours per weekHybrid in the Hell's Kitchen Neighborhood, NYC (may be open to fully-remote)Starts: Within the next few weeksDuration: 4 to 6 Months Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop 3D concepts, layouts, and designs that align with creative briefs and brand narratives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality.Produce high-quality sketches, design intent drawings, and technical documentation to communicate ideas effectively.Create quality comprehensive technical drawing packages, using Vectorworks, including plans, elevations and detailing.Create high-quality renders and real-time visualizations ideally using Unreal Engine for rendering with either Rhino or Cinema 4D for modelling.Translate concepts into animations or interactive walkthroughs, bringing designs to life.Work with 2D designers and motion specialists to integrate graphic elements into 3D environments.Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final products meet project requirementsQualificationsProven experience as a 3D Designer or similar roleProficiency in 3D design software including Rhino or Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, and Unreal EngineStrong portfolio showcasing 3D design and environmental design projectsExcellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects effectivelyIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
