We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud Sec-Docker & Kubernetes Kubernetes and Alfresco with a strong background in the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain-specific skills to drive innovative solutions and contribute to the companys success.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud security solutions using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure robust and scalable architectures.
• Oversee the deployment and management of Kubernetes clusters to optimize performance and reliability.
• Provide expertise in Alfresco to develop and maintain content management systems that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand payer domain requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cloud security and content management.
• Develop and maintain documentation for architecture designs processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud security Kubernetes and Alfresco to drive innovation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering secure scalable and efficient solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in Cloud Sec-Docker & Kubernetes Kubernetes and Alfresco.
• Should have a strong background in the Payer domain to understand and address industry-specific challenges.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Should have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Must be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Should have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Must be able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in cloud security and content management.
