Work on monetization and high velocity motion with the SMB Scaled Sales team. Provide weekly 1x1 coaching, monthly metrics review, and quarterly performance feedback. Work with the team on prompt, accurate customer responses & interactions and uncover new and better ways to enhance the customer experience. Build relationships across teams and work collaboratively to lead and delegate projects to improve processes that benefit all parties. Report team wins and opportunities for improvement based on important data points. Report to the Sr Manager, SMB Scaled Sales. Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Technology Management, Finance, or Economics.Minimum Experience Requirement: 2 years of experience within SaaS industry in Sales Ops, and/or Field Ops, assisting customers with online and phone correspondence.WORKSITE:888 Broadway, Flr. 4, New York City, New York, 10003
