JOB REQUIREMENTS: APPLICANTS MUST BE 21+ YEARS OF AGE, MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2+YEARS OF SECURITY EXPERIENCE, MUST BE COMFORTABLE USING COMPUTER OR TABLET AND MUST HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH USING WORD, ANSWERING EMAILS, MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING A TABLET FOR CHECKING IN AND OUT OF THE BUILDING AND MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MAIL AND PACKAGE HANDLING.

Allied Universal® is hiring a Residential Concierge Associate. The Residential Concierge greets residents and visitors and provides a professional and welcoming environment at high profile residential client site.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer service, greet residents and guests to the residential complex in a welcoming and professional manner at all times

• Direct food delivery personnel to the residential apartment

• Accept packages as needed for residents or directs delivery to the correct apartment

• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security or safety hazards

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

• High school diploma or equivalent

• No prior experience required

• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

• Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills

• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new and customer-specific applications

• Attention to detail

• Customer service skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

• Customer service or hospitality experience in a residential community or hotel setting
