Full Job DescriptionJob#: 2062513Job Description:Apex Systems, a World-Class Technology Solutions Provider, is currently hiring for a Scrum Master/Jira SME, to join a growing AML team and quickly make an impact on Jira and JQL query backlogs. Hybrid on-site 3 days/week at the Bank in either Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX. Ideal candidates will have the experience below; please note only qualified candidates will be contacted.Position: Scrum Master/JQL SMEDuration: 12-18 Month W2 ContractRate Range: W2 $70-78/hrLocation: Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC (3 days on-site per week)Top Requirements:Advanced Jira and JQL queryingRecent experience at a Top 5 Bank in the United States (Chase, Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo or U.S. Bank)6+ years leading Scrum Teams as a Scrum Master or Agile Project ManagerCommunication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, ability to provide candid but caring feedbackThrives in a fast-paced environment working with many teams.Immediate Day to Day:New policies are being rolled out around traceability and strict compliance guidelines. Help the team of 15 Scrum Masters follow guidelines, monitor, be a point of escalation and track everything in Jira.Immediate need is to help manage the program, keep the books straight, tie everything back to original requirements.Queries in Jira are complicated and take while to run. Need someone to build original queries and maintain them.Traditional Scrum Master work to follow after initial needs are met.Additional Responsibilities:Help oversee the delivery and execution of feature delivery teams within the Global Financial Crimes space while helping the team to meet enterprise agile transformation goals.Work with a team of Scrum Masters and Project Managers to develop and drive cross portfolio initiatives aimed at scaling and incorporating mandatory enterprise routines for application management and governance into traditional agile routines to improve E2E team collaboration and improve visibility of E2E delivery across the portfolio.Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturityFacilitate self-organization within the Scrum teamSupport the team in removing impedimentsResolve conflicts and issues that ariseComplete enterprise change requirements and deliverablesSupport cross-portfolio scaling initiativesProblem solve to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting deliveryApex Benefits Overview: Apex offers a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance plans that offer an optional layer of financial protection.
