Our client, a global bank, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project delivery team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ or Manhattan - hybrid

Pay Range: 55-65/hr W2

(due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2)

What's the Job?

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of defined project deliverables, engaging multiple teams as necessary.

• Clearly communicate work objectives, manage risks, and ensure compliance with standards to provide visibility into project health.

• Ensure execution and delivery meet client expectations regarding functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.

• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across teams, facilitating risk management and impediment removal.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience in project management and delivery.

• Proficient in MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.

• Familiarity with PMI PMBOK standards and Agile methodology.

• Ability to tailor project management approaches to specific industry needs and project requirements.
