In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, Skin Ceuticals, skinbetter science). With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world.

A Day in the Life

As the CeraVe Websites Manager, reporting to the Director of Web Strategy, you will be a key player in driving the global digital strategy for CeraVe, working closely with markets worldwide to optimize website performance and enhance the customer experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Marketing, Local Markets) and external agencies to ensure CeraVe's online presence aligns with its brand identity and business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your entrepreneurial spirit and contribute directly to the growth of a leading dermocosmetic brand.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building a global skincare brand. They are a data-driven individual with a proven track record of success in SEO, website optimization, and digital marketing. They are also a collaborative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative and effective digital marketing strategies.

  • Search Techniques: Expertise in SEO, SEM, and other search marketing techniques.

  • Content Strategy Design: Ability to create engaging and effective content strategies for the owned websites and global eRetail channels.

  • Strategic Road mapping: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans for digital marketing.

  • CRM Techniques: Understanding of CRM systems and best practices for managing customer relationships. Experience with CRM data analysis and reporting is key.

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience

  • Familiarity with Skincare Business

Responsibilities

  • Website Optimization & Performance: You will work directly with mature and growth markets to ensure their websites are optimized for search engines (SEO), user experience (UX), and conversion. This includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven strategies.

  • Search Strategy Development: You will develop and implement search strategies across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, and Google, to maximize brand visibility and drive traffic to CeraVe websites.

  • Competitive Analysis: You will conduct thorough competitive research, analyzing the strategies of both indie and dermo-cosmetic brands to identify best practices and opportunities for CeraVe to differentiate itself.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: You will pull reports from various data sources, synthesize the data, and create actionable recommendations for website improvements and marketing campaigns.

  • Golden Rule Asset Management: You will support other eCommerce managers by providing them with the necessary assets and resources to maintain successful websites, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to best practices.

  • CRM Strategy & Development: You will play a key role in developing and implementing CeraVe's global CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with website activities and overall marketing goals. This includes identifying opportunities to leverage website data to enhance customer segmentation, personalization, and engagement. You will contribute to the development of CRM campaigns and initiatives. You will analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
