This position will initially be based in the ITC – Jersey City, NJ office, located at 111 Town Square Place, with the understanding that this office and your position will be relocating to our Hudson Yards – New York office in the future, timing to be confirmed.

    Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Affinity and passion for Emerging Markets, including consumer behavior, market dynamics, and digital landscape is an advantage.

  • Ability to demonstrate the following:

  • Establish close partnerships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate to ensure alignment

  • Prioritize well and drive teams towards goals with efficiency and high productivity

  • Project Management Skills

  • Quantitative data analysis skills

  • Prioritization & Organization Skills

  • Ability to handle complexity and have a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

  • Product & Portfolio Management:

  • Own the entire product development process of Face ‘plus’ category, from product concept to mix creation to campaign and content development

  • Drive product innovation, including both Global and Emerging Markets-specific innovations, by championing new ideas and leveraging sharp market and consumer insights.

  • Develop compelling and substantiated efficacy claims validated by rigorous lab testing.

  • Steer timeline management with the product development team and ensure optimized cost of goods without compromising superior product mix

  • Deep-dive into market dynamics in Emerging Markets drive countries to best address needs. develop innovation plans that consider both specific consumer needs (climate, pricing, digital first) and global brand direction.

  • Partner with Emerging Markets zones – SAPMENA, LATAM & SSA - to develop and recommend innovation priorities, pricing strategies and face portfolio management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market needs.

  • III. Marketing & Creative Direction:

  • Lead the development of compelling communication assets, from upper-funnel brand building to lower-funnel conversion drivers, that showcase product USPs and powerfully resonating with key insights.

  • Design social- and e-commerce-first performance tests, securing lab validation and briefing creative agencies on execution.

  • Develop insightful and comprehensive creative briefs that inspire agency partners and internal teams, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to asset creation.

  • Lead communication and validation efforts with advertising partners, e-commerce and social team, ensuring cohesive messaging and a unified big idea across all functions.

  • Oversee all aspects of campaign shoots, from talent selection to on-set execution.

  • Review e-commerce and social assets, ensuring impactful messaging and seamless integration with upper-funnel campaigns.

    What We Offer

  • Salary Range : $98,400– $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.)
