So, what's the role all about?
The HR Program Manager will be responsible for the smooth delivery of all HR projects and CX HR Programs and initiatives globally. The focus is on the continued improvement and enhancement of the Talent Management, Workforce Planning and HR Functional Excellence within the CX Division. This includes being responsible for providing HR program design, planning, implementation, coordination and tracking for a wide variety of workforce programs and initiatives. The role is instrumental in identifying process improvements to enhance the overall employee experience and HR service delivery, utilizing various tools, including HRIS solutions. Will own HR analytics and metrics for all CX and for HR needs.
How will you make an impact?
Act as a PMO for CX Human Resources, leading large programs, working closely with and support VP Human Resources in overseeing Organizational Health in CX as well as managing daily tasks and execution
Oversee all HR processes in CX from a program management POV including partnering with the field and corporate members, managing timeline, problem solving and support, aggregating data, preparing presentations and extracting insight. These processes may include: Performance and Compensation cycles, Recognition processes, Org change projects and other specific projects
Ownership of HR and Business QBR
Responsible for the management of one HR Analyst
Track HR metrics: provide progress status, analyze people trends, provide insights, follow up on process progress, produce and analyze reports
Manage the CX recognition program: Cross Divisional Awards (twice a year) and recognition platform (on-going)
Manage position and data management methodology for all of CX, working closely and Finance and HBRPs to drive excellence and data integrity
Support the HR Business Partners with tools, data and models to facilitate smooth execution of annual processes such Performance Management, Merit and Bonus, in partnership with the Center of Excellence
Analysis of the Employee Engagement Survey, extracting insight for different levels and tracking the operative plans
Drive continuous improvement in core HR processes and tools, and standardization of processes
Serve as a thought leader on future of work, HR ops and analytics, including simplification and improvements in service delivery and other topics
Support the employee integration process for any M&A activity in terms of systems, processes and operations
Partner with HR Programs and Compliance team on global policies, include policy updates, communication, and roll out where needed, including the support with audits and investigations
Ensure an effective change management strategy is created for all HR Operations and Employee Experience programs, in conjunction with the Global and Regional Leads
May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our global vision and align with our organization's core values
Have you got what it takes?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or other related field
10 years experience in Human Resources, HR Project Management, Operations and Strategy, or related field required
Experience working in a fast paced, matrix organization with a proven ability to manage complexity
You will have an advantage if you also have:
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive change and continuous improvement
Strong project management, planning, and analytical skills
Ability to build relationships, trust, and interface effectively across multiple organizations and businesses
Experience with HRIS solutions
Strong communications and presentation skills.
High energy self-starter. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask projects, work in parallel at high capacity and speed
Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong business acumen and executive presence
Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal
