Actalent Warehouse Administrator Role in Brooklyn, New York
Currently hiring an Administrative person to support the Warehouse duties for a manufacturing practice in Sunset Park, BK!
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Factory Office Admin to support the R&D and lab managers in our manufacturing facility. This role involves handling administrative tasks, batch coordination, and inventory management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in a stable, long-term position within the industrial adhesives industry.
Responsibilities
Coordinate batches by opening tickets in the system, printing and accurately labeling bottles with lot numbers.
Perform batch labeling and basic administrative duties.
Organize stock and manage inventory by counting boxes of various materials.
Fill out purchase requests for materials and coordinate with the purchasing team.
Maintain record keeping for safety team meetings, sign-offs, and scanning documents.
Support the administrative side of the production process.
Essential Skills
GED or HS Diploma.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in data entry.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Administrative support skills.
Work Environment
This role is based in a small manufacturing environment in Brooklyn with approximately 30 employees. You will be working in the office on the manufacturing floor.
The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
This position offers a stable 40-hour work week with no weekend shifts. You will have the opportunity to work directly with R&D and manufacturing managers in a close-knit, family-owned firm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
