Job Title: Project Architect - High Rise Residential/Multi Family

We have an exciting Intermediate Architecture position with a client of mine that is a award-winning Architectural Firm that specializes in high rise multifamily projects throughout NYC. This firm has built the most prominent buildings in NYC and like to say they built New York City’s skyline.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Architect to support Construction Documents and Construction Administration on an affordable housing multi-family building in NYC. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently on Construction Documents in Revit and be able to go on-site for Construction Administration responsibilities.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture

• 5+ years of architecture experience

• Proficient in Revit

• Experience in all phases, SD-CA

• CD detailing, strong technical skills

• Experience with large scale mixed-use or high rise multifamily projects

Work Environment:

100 people in office

Six partners with differentclients and projects

Open office setting

Business Casual

Schedule:

5 days in office

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
