Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join the finance team at one of our music industry clients located in Brooklyn, NY. The AP Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers. The team is transitioning to a new Accounting system in April, so this person should be willing to adapt to a new environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. There is an option to work 67.5 hours/week or 99 hours/week depending on your schedule.

Skills and Requirements

-Degree in Accounting (can still be pursuing)

-Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

-Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail -Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or Sage X3)

-Experience with reimbursement using Expensify null
